Delivery
Items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped.
Delivery can be expected within 6-8 business days from the shipping date in the continental U.S., allow for more time if shipping overseas.
If you would like expedited shipment, please email sales@peyipam.com upon completing your purchase. You will be emailed with the additional shipping costs. From there you can choose whether to accept the additional charges.

Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, please email sales@peyipam.com. We can assist you in exchanging the product for an item of equal or greater value. Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days of shipping date. No refunds.

Availability
If an item you purchase is unavailable, you will be emailed and given the option to choose another item or receive a full refund.
